About the Position:

As a Relief Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest accounts are accurate and up to date, and that the front desk runs smoothly during the overnight hours. Your primary duties will include checking in late-arriving guests, reconciling the day's transactions, and preparing for the next day's arrivals. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys the quiet of the night shift and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Checking in late-arriving guests and assisting with any special requests
  • Reconciling the day's transactions and preparing daily reports
  • Responding to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring the security of the hotel during the overnight hours
  • Assisting with early morning breakfast setup and any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Must pass a background check
