Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate completion of all end-of-day reports and activities
  • Perform front desk duties such as check-ins, check-outs, and answering guest inquiries
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
  • Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Must pass a background check
